Saving all those receipts from the internet in one place

If you're like me you probably buy a lot of stuff on the internet. So you get tons of pages and emails with receipts, often with important information such as serial numbers on them. So, how do we save those in one convenient place? Here's what I do:

I have a folder in my Dropbox (because I want to be able to access it on all my machines) called "Facturen" (which is Dutch for receipts) where I save PDF-printouts of all the receipts I get on the internet, or in e-mails. I get them there from this handy little drop-down that comes in every print dialog in OS X:

Now, that folder I made in Dropbox doesn't come in that menu by default, so we need to click on "Edit Menu..." to go to the following screen to add the Dropbox folder:

Once you click on "OK", we can just cmd+p whenever we come upon a receipt, click the PDF-dropdown and select the receipt folder in Dropbox and a PDF of the receipt will be synced across all your devices. You'll never have to dig through your e-mail to search for that serial number again.
